Following her father's foot steps, Doņa Nohemy Scarpetta de Espindola has transformed the Institute into what many may call the best institution for children in the world. Saturday morning, we can find this 71 year old lady at the town's market, doing
the inmense task of grocery shopping: "The
people know me and offer me the best deals for my children,"
she explains, when asked why
she won't delegate this task Or she may be at her office, managing the day to day operations. But no matter what, you will find her sitting on the floor playing with one of her toddlers, or soothingly bathing a three month old baby who happens to be afraid of the water.
